From a student cookbook. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
1 onion, sliced |
1 chicken breast, sliced |
1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced |
100 g broccoli |
1 teaspoon minced ginger |
100 g chow mein flavour noodles |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Fry onion for 3 minutes, add chicken and fry fur further 3 minutes. 2. Add pepper, broccoli and ginger and fry for 2 minutes. 3. Break up noodles and add to pan with 250ml boiling water and seasoning packet from noodles. 4. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until water is nearly absorbed. 5. Stir in soy sauce and serve. |
