Quick Chicken Noodles

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, sliced
1 chicken breast, sliced
1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
100 g broccoli
1 teaspoon minced ginger
100 g chow mein flavour noodles
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Fry onion for 3 minutes, add chicken and fry fur further 3 minutes.
2. Add pepper, broccoli and ginger and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Break up noodles and add to pan with 250ml boiling water and seasoning packet from noodles.
4. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until water is nearly absorbed.
5. Stir in soy sauce and serve.
