I got this from Swanson's broth. My kids liked it. I use a rotisserie chicken from Sam's club and always double the recipe. Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth |
1 dash ground black pepper |
1 medium carrot, sliced |
1 stalk celery, sliced |
1/2 cup uncooked medium egg noodles |
1 cup shredded cooked chicken |
Directions:
1. Put broth, black pepper, carrot and celery in a large soup pot and bring to a boil. 2. Add the noodles and chicken. Cook at a slow boil for 10 minutes, until noodles are done. |
