Unbelievably quick and easy, and the cream cheese gets puffy and gooey. Yum! Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, ready for stir-fry |
olive oil |
1 box linguine |
1 (32 ounce) jar pasta sauce |
4 tablespoons cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Warm pasta sauce in a saucepan. 2. Get water going for pasta. 3. Cook chicken in olive oil in a large fry pan. 4. Place browned chicken in saucepan with sauce. 5. Continue cooking chicken in sauce until pasta is ready. 6. Cook pasta according to package directions. 7. Divide pasta between four plates and place 1 Tbl cream cheese on top of each. 8. Spoon sauce with chicken on top. 9. Serve. |
