Quick Cherry Tomato and Pesto Pizza |

350 Best Vegan Recipes Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved |
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1 lb pizza dough |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons pesto sauce |
3 tablespoons pine nuts |
2 garlic cloves, slivered |
Directions:
1. Toss tomatoes with 2 teaspoons of the oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 450 for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. 2. Place dough on lightly floured work surface and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. 3. Using fork, dot dough with small holes. Place on pizza pan. 4. In a small bowl, combine remaining oil with pesto and spread over pizza crust. 5. Top with pine nuts, garlic and roasted tomatoes. Bake 15-20 minutes. |
