Quickest and easiest muffins on the block. Add your choice of herbs and spices to it. Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup milk |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. 2. Add salt and cheese to flour. Add milk and mix well. 3. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray. 4. Spoon the mixture equally amongst the 12 cups. 5. Bake till browned on the top. Should be 10 to 15 minutes. |
