1/2 pound slightly oozy brie cheese |
coarsely ground black pepper |
2 sliced apples |
2 sliced pears |
6 slices walnut bread, cut diagonally in half |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500°. Put brie in a 2- to 3-cup shallow baking dish and bake until melted, 4 to 5 minutes. Grind pepper on top. Set dish on a heatproof surface and serve with fruit and bread. 2. Note: Nutritional analysis is per serving. |
