I'm such a huge fan of Real Foods brand corn thins! Only about 23 calories each, and you can make 'em into anything! This is a quick and easy recipe to kill cheese cravings without killing your waistline.
Ingredients:
2 corn thins
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon dill
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salsa
Directions:
1. Get out corn thins and sprinkle all the grated cheese on them equally.
2. Add dill and garlic.
3. Put in the microwave for 12 seconds, or until the cheese melts. Don't put them in for more than 20 seconds!
4. Take them out and either add salsa on top or break into strips and dip in the salsa.
5. Enjoy! :).
