Have carrots in fridge and wanna have salad try this out !!!! Ingredients:
2 medium size carrots peeled n grated |
olive oil |
salt n pepper to taste |
1tsp of sugar |
1 tbsp of vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl add grated carrots n mix in sugar n salt .... then add olive oil n vinegar mix everything well .... add fresh crushed black peppercorns ( if not avialable black pepper powder can be used) 2. Ready to serve !!! 3. Enjoy 4. Tip : 5. Fresh dill or parsely can be add as per ur choice .... |
