This is my morning breakfast usually...it is low carb, low calorie, and helps me get down that nasty carb solutions stuff....This helps tone down some of the weird taste of the mix and makes it more drinkable!!! One glass is about 120 calories.
Ingredients:
2 scoops carb solutions vanilla protein powder
1 cup chilled iced tea
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash coriander
1 dash ground cloves
1 dash ground ginger
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until all ice is crushed.
