Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch |
2 cup(s) fresh or frozen blueberries |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/3 cup(s) sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) water |
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine the lemon juice and cornstarch, then set aside. 2. Ina medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, water and salt. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce to a simmer and stir in lemon juice-cornstarch mixture. Simmer, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes more. |
