Quick Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
2 cup(s) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/3 cup(s) sugar
2 tablespoon(s) water
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine the lemon juice and cornstarch, then set aside.
2. Ina medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, water and salt. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce to a simmer and stir in lemon juice-cornstarch mixture. Simmer, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes more.
