For that quick homemade bread without all the fuss, this produces a nice sweet bread that goes good with any stew Ingredients:
1 12-oz can of beer |
2 cups self-rising flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients lightly and pour into a loaf pan. 2. Bake at 375 F (metal pan) or 350 F (glass pan) for 30 minutes 3. Remove from oven and drizzle with melted butter |
