Super Easy!! Use Ur Favorite Baking Mix (Bisquick, Krusteaz, etc.) Crunchy Outside, Soft Inside Serve warm, but excellant cold too. Use dark or light beer-your choice! Makes Great toast.
Ingredients:
4 cups baking mix
3 tablespoons sugar
12 ounces beer
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Grease a 9 x5 x3 bread loaf pan.
3. In large bowl mix together the Baking Mix and Sugar.
4. Slowly add the beer while stirring, mix well.
5. Spread into loaf pan.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
