Easy! Under 30 minutes and only 4 ingredients in your skillet. From the recipe book included with my new electric StepSavor Skillet/Griddle. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 (2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni |
Directions:
1. Preheat skillet to 350°F. 2. Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray. 3. Place ground beef and onion soup mix into the skillet. 4. Cook and stir until beef is no longer pink. 5. Stir in tomatoes and macaroni; mix well. 6. Cover. 7. Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking until macaroni is tender, about 20 minutes. 8. Stir occasionally. |
