Ingredients:
1 lb beef, cut up, cooked (2 to 2 1/2 cups) |
4 medium carrots, cut into 2 |
3 medium potatoes, pared and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix |
3 tablespoons unbleached flour |
2 1/4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in 2 1/2 quart casserole. 2. Cover and microwave on high (100%) to boiling, 10 to 12 minutes; stir. 3. Cover and let stand 5 minutes and microwave until vegetables are tender, 10 to 12 minutes more, stirring every 5 minutes. |
