Fast and easy, tastes so good! Ingredients:
1/2 lb sirloin, cut un thin strips |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green beans, thawed,reserve juice |
1 green pepper, sliced |
1 cup sliced celery |
4 tablespoons cornstarch |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
3/4 cup water, i use the juice from the mushrooms and water |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, reserve juice |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in oil. 2. Add vegetables; cook and stir for 5 minutes. 3. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce and liquid. 4. Stir into skillet, mix well. 5. Add oregano and mushrooms. 6. Heat through. |
