A quick meal with most ingredients from the cupboard. My kids really like it. Good with ground turkey, too. Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 (12 inch) pre-baked thin pizza crust |
1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. Place beef in a skillet over medium heat, and cook until evenly brown. Drain grease. 3. Spread cream of mushroom soup over the pizza crust. Layer cooked beef over the soup, and top with cheese. 4. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted and pizza is heated through. |
