An old recipe that I don't remember the source. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon canola oil |
400 g beef eye round |
4 -6 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. Cut meat in serving sizes; brown in skillet. 2. Transfer to casserole dish. 3. Pour soup over top of meat; cover. 4. Bake in 350F oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender. |
