Ingredients:
8 piece(s) burrito size tortilla |
15 ounce(s) corn (canned) |
1 cup(s) diced onion |
16oz can(s) refried beans |
4 ounce(s) shredde mexican cheese |
8 ounce(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a medium serving bowl, mix refried beans, sour cream, corn and diced onions. 2. Divide mix evenly between the 8 tortillas, roll as burritos and place on a foil covered oven tray. 3. Sprinkle cheese over burritos to taste. 4. Bake in the oven at 325 for 15 to 18 minutes 5. NOTE: Additional vegetables can be added such as jalepenos, bell peppers, etc... Anything that doesn't cause the children to wage an uprising. |
