Very easy to make. I always have one after I go swimming to fill me up. It is very filling and delicious. I made it from scratch for fun to see what it would taste like.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Just put it in a blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved.
