Ingredients:
3 cups dried oats
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
50 g splenda no cal
1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
Directions:
1. combine dry ingredients and seal in an air-tight container
2. serve out 1/2 cup dry mixture to 1/2 cup boiling hot water, stir lightly to mix
3. allow to sit for 2-3mins
4. stir through 1/2 tsp splenda to taste
