Low-cal and able to be pre-prepared. A quick breakfast. Ingredients:
3 cups dried oats |
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon |
50 g splenda no cal |
1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped |
Directions:
1. combine dry ingredients and seal in an air-tight container 2. serve out 1/2 cup dry mixture to 1/2 cup boiling hot water, stir lightly to mix 3. allow to sit for 2-3mins 4. stir through 1/2 tsp splenda to taste |
