Quick and Simple Quiche Lorraine |

This is so fast and simple-we love this at our house. Ingredients:
1 ready-made pie crust |
1/4 lb ham, sliced |
1/2 cup swiss cheese |
6 eggs |
16 ounces heavy cream |
1 fresh ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. In pie crust add sliced ham and the Swiss cheese. 2. In a bowl, mix 6 eggs and heavy cream, fresh ground pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over the top of the ham and cheese. 3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. |
