I love the flavor of honey in baked goods. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup bran flakes |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 12. |
