Quick and Fabulous Cornbread |

I just threw this together a couple of years ago and it's been the only cornbread of choice ever since. Everyone in the family loves it. I've stirred in Cheddar Cheese before, but it really doesn't need it. Ingredients:
2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes jiffy brand cornbread mix |
1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn, drained |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn |
Directions:
1. Mix up cornbread mix according to package directions.
2. Stir in both cans of corn.
3. Bake in 13x9 cake pan at 350 for 40 minutes.
