                    When you want a quick vegetarian sandwich without a lot of fuss! Switch it up and use ingredients such as bean sprouts or cream cheese instead of hummus. This is a good standby. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted  |  
                                                1 ripe avocado, scooped out of skin and sliced  |  
                                                1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into strips  |  
                                                4 -5 slices cucumbers  |  
                                                1 -2 tablespoon of your favorite hummus  |  
                                                2 slices havarti cheese  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Prepare each ingredient as directed above. 2. Toast bread. 3. Spread hummus on one of the slices. 4. Layer ingredients on the bread. 5. Enjoy.                              |
