Quick And Easy Veggie And Elbow Toss

From the back of a box of store brand elbow macaroni. Good way to eat your veggies! Prep time does not include cooling or chilling time.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound elbow macaroni
3/4 cup italian dressing (light if desired)
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh tomato wedges
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Drain and set aside to cool.
3. Finely slice or shred spinach.
4. Peel and slice cucumber.
5. Slice black olives.
6. Dice the red bell pepper.
7. Cut tomato into small wedges.
8. Combine all vegetables except the tomatoes in a large bowl. with salt and pepper if desired.
9. Toss with dressing.
10. Add cooled macaroni and the tomatoes.
11. Toss.
12. Chill well.
13. Serve chilled.
