1 (6 ounce) can solid albacore tuna |
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved |
1/4 cup black olives, chopped |

1 whole wheat baguette (about 4 inches long) |
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine tuna, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and olive oil. 2. Split open baguette and fill with the tuna mixture and baby spinach leaves. |
