A very qiuck trifle and it still taste awesome! Ingredients:
1 packet jelly |
1 canned fruit, in syrup |
1 swissroll |
ready made custard |
cream, whipped |
chopped nuts - opsional |
Directions:
1. Dissolve and make jelly as per directions on the packet 2. Place canned, drained fruit in the bottom of a rectangular glass dish. 3. Pour the dissolved and mixed jelly over, just covering the fruit. 4. Place in fridge until set. 5. Cut swissroll into even slices. 6. Place on top of jelly and fruit. 7. Using a spoon, pour some syrup of the fruit over swissroll. 8. Put the custard on top of the swissroll and spread even. 9. Put the whipped cream over. 10. Sprinkle nuts over all. 11. Place in fridge until needed. |
