This yummy recipe was passed to my parents by a lady from church. I make it all the time when we have mexican night! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature) |
1 (12 ounce) jar salsa (any variety will work) |
Directions:
1. Place cream cheese into a bowl. If it isn't at room temperature you can microwave for about 20 seconds to warm it up. 2. Dump salsa on top of cream cheese. 3. Mix with hand mixer until well blended. 4. This thickens up nicely once refrigerted. |
