Great over rice. This is one of my family's favorites. Ingredients:
1 lb bay scallop |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 cup sour cream |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium high heat. Add scallops and stir frequently. 2. When scallops start to turn opaque, add sour cream and stir until it liquefies. 3. Add enough Paprika to color sauce slightly. |
