Very nice side dish! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 (10 oz) bag baby spinach |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute the garlic and mushrooms in the olive oil until soft 2. Add the spinach and cover; cook 5 minutes 3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese |
