Ingredients:
1 can diced tomato |
2 cloves garlic, peeled |
1/2 red onion, finely diced |
1 jalapeno |
1 lime, juice of |
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Drain the tomatoes. 2. Place the jalapeno (seeded if you like less heat) and the garlic in a food chopper and process until very small mince. 3. Add this and the remaining ingredients to the tomatoes and stir well. 4. Let sit for an hour or so to let flavors blend. |
