Quick and Easy Salisbury Steak |

A great tasting, quick version of salisbury steak, served great over mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
1 lb 7% lean ground beef |
1 1/4 ounces dry onion, mix |
14 1/2 ounces nonfat beef broth |
10 1/2 ounces fat-free cream of mushroom soup |
pam cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Spray large skillet with Pam. 2. Pour half can of beef broth and package of dry onion soup mix in bowl, mix well. 3. Add beef, mix well, will get mushy. 4. Carefully form 4 patties ( might have to do in skillet pan). 5. Brown all 4 patties, carefully turning. 6. Mix together rest of beef broth and cream of mushroom soup together, pour over patties, 7. Let simmer 30 minutes. |
