Ingredients:
2 cup(s) bisquick |
1 stick(s) butter (melted) (1/2 cup) |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together with a spoon. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen. 2. To make mini sausage muffins, brown 1 pound of sausage and crumble it. Double the above recipe for the dough. Mix cooled sausage and dough mixture. Spoon into grease mini muffin pans. Makes approximately 4 1/2 dozen mini muffins. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. May take 15 minutes depending on your oven. |
