The Bread Machine Cookbook Makes 1 14 inch pizza Ingredients:
2/3 cup water |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups bread flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in the bread pan and set the machine on the dough cycle. When dough is finished, remove from the pan, cover with a dish towel and allow to rest for 15 minutes. 2. Roll or stretch the dough into a 14 inch circle. Place on an oiled sheet or pizza peel covered in cornmeal. 3. Top with toppings of your choice and bake at 500* for 15-20 minutes. |
