Quick and Easy No Added Fat Hummus |

I make this at the end of the month with the leftovers from my store-cupboard. I love it on rye- crackers with canned sweetcorn and sweet chilli sauce! Ingredients:
1 (400 g) can chickpeas |
1 tablespoon light tahini paste |
1 tablespoon garlic paste |
1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon malt vinegar |
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
coriander |
Directions:
1. Drain half the liquid out of the chickpeas. Blemd all the ingredients in a blender to your preferred texture.(i like it quite coarse). 2. If you use raw garlic add a little at a time or bake it first, otherwise it can taste too raw-garlicky! |
