Quick and Easy Mediterranean Style Rice

I played with some Ingredients i had on hand looking for something different as a side dish with my Grilled lemon herb chicken and it Paired well I think
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken broth (a must )
2 cups instant rice
1/4-1/2 cup plain feta cheese, crumbled
6 -8 fresh basil leaves (a must )
6 -8 grape tomatoes, halved
1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, if desired
Directions:
1. cook the rice according to the package instructions.
2. and substitue chicken broth for water.
3. while the rice is cooking finely chop your Fresh Basil leaves.
4. half your grape tomatoes and finely crumble your feta.
5. when the rice has absorbed all the broth and is done add all of your.
6. chopped ingredients into the pan and gently mix till your feta melts and your basil wilts down at this point taste and decide if you think you would like it better with the garlic poweder or without.
