Super, simple meatballs that are great alone or in spaghetti. Using lean ground beef will reduce the fat content, but the taste and texture just aren't quite the same. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon onion, chopped |
parsley (to taste) |
garlic (to taste) |
salt (to taste) |
pepper (to taste) |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. mix all ingredients together (get down and dirty, its easiest with your hands). 3. roll into balls. 4. bake for 10 minutes. |
