Quick and Easy Meatball Soup |

This is from Simple 1-2-3 Cooking For Kids, pg. 66. Ingredients:
1 (15 -18 ounce) package frozen italian style meatballs |
2 (14 ounce) cans italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained |
2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth |
1 (14 ounce) can mixed vegetables |
1/2 cup rotini pasta, uncooked (more if you like, you could really use any type of small pasta) |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves |
Directions:
1. Thaw meatballs in microwave according to package directions. 2. Combine meatballs, tomatoes with juice, broth, vegetables, rotini and oregano in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. 3. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. |
