this a quick and easy cake when you need a dessert in a hurry... It's great served with strawberries or blueberries and ice cream.. I like it with lemon sauce .... Ingredients:
1 box duncan hines lemon supremme cake mix |
1 box lemon instant pudding mix |
1/3 cup oil |
1 cup water |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. in large mixer bowl blend all ingredients
2. beat at med speed for 2 mins
3. generously grease baking pan
4. bake in a 350' F oven for:

6. 1 10 inch tube pan or fluted pan............50 - 60 mins
7. 2 8 inch round layer pans.......................38 - 43 mins
8. 2 9 inch round layer pans.......................33 - 38 mins
9. 1 9 x 13 inch oblong pan.........................40 - 45 mins
10. ...........................................
11. cool tube pan cake 25 mins then remove from pan
12. cool all others for 15 - 20 mins then remove from pan
13. finish cooling on a wire rack.
