Quick and Easy Italian Chicken and Rice |

I made this one day just throwing some ingredients from the fridge into a frying pan and my family loved it. Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed |
2 cups minute success rice |
10 ounces frozen chopped onions |
10 ounces frozen bell peppers |
10 ounces frozen corn in butter sauce |
salt and pepper |
1/4 cup italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Throw chicken, peppers, onions, and corn into frying pan and cook until chicken is done. 2. Boil rice according to directions. The 10-minute rice should be done by the time the chicken and vegetables finish cooking. 3. Add rice, dressing and seasoning to frying pan. 4. Simmer about 3-5 minutes and serve. |
