Super easy, light and tasty cake. Great as a light finish after dinner. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups self raising flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
150 g butter, melted |
3 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/2 cup honey |
3/4 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C (375F). 2. Place flour and sugar in a bowl. 3. In another bowl combine butter, eggs, honey and sour cream mix until well combined. 4. Add butter mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. 5. Spoon mix into ring tin and bake 30 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer. |
