Quick and Easy Hamburger Curry |

Have dinner on the table in half an hour with this tasty and easy curry dish. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon oil |
1/4 cup onion |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
1/4-1/2 lb extra lean ground beef |
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder (or more, to taste) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 dash ginger |
1 dash turmeric |
1 cup tomato juice (or 1 cup canned tomatoes) |
1/2 cup potato, peeled and diced |
1 cup green beans (fresh, frozen or canned) |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. 2. Saute onion and garlic. 3. Add ground beef. 4. Brown. 5. Stir in remaining ingredients. 6. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. 7. Serve with rice. |
