Quick and Easy Ham and Pea Omelette |

Any egg size works fine - I actually just used large eggs but, at 100 calories each, I picked jumbo to give a better representation of the calories. Ingredients:
50 g frozen peas |
40 g ham |
2 jumbo eggs |
Directions:
1. Slice the ham into small squares. 2. Cook the peas in the microwave or in a saucepan. 3. Whisk the eggs. 4. Add the ham and peas to the egg mixtures and pour into a small saucepan that has been sprayed with 1-Cal cooking oil and has been gently heated. 5. Cook on a medium heat until the the top is mostly set. I like to cook/firm the top by heating it under the grill. Once it is not runny on top, flip it over and continue cooking for about a minute. 6. Serve and enjoy! |
