2 ripe bananas, peeled |
2 tbsp sugar |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
2 tbsp walnuts finely minced. |
Directions:
1. Cut the bananas in half widthwise & in half lengthwise. 2. Combine the sugar, cinnamon & walnuts in a small bowl. 3. Place the bananas on a pre heated grill horizontally & spoon the cinnamon-walnuts over each slice. 4. Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until the bananas are warm & the cinnamon & walnuts are slightly glazed |
