A homemade meal easy enough for a busy college student! Hearty beef and cheese with noodles and corn. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles |
1 pound lean ground beef |
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1 onion, chopped |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef; drain. 3. Heat through over medium the beef, spaghetti sauce, corn, chopped onion and cheese. |
