Quick and Easy Gingerbread People |

This is the ONLY recipe I use for my Christmas gingerbread because it's perfect every single time. I make this all year long too, because I crave gingerbread sometimes. Ingredients:
18 ounces duncan hines spice cake mix |
1 cup flour |
2 eggs |
1/3 cup oil |
1/3 cup molasses |
2 teaspoons ginger |
icing, if desired |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients. Dough will be soft. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until firm. 2. Roll into 1/4 inch and cut with floured cutters. Place on a lightly sprayed sheet. 3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges start to brown. Cool on a wire rack until room temperature Decorate as desired. |
