I heard this recipe on a local radio station. I thought it sounded too easy to be very good, but I was very wrong. Ingredients:
1 can pie filling (any flavor) |
1 cup bisquick |
1 egg |
1 cup sugar |
4 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Pour pie filling into a 9 square greased pan. 2. Mix Bisquick, egg, and sugar. 3. Spread over pie filling. 4. Spoon melted butter over the dough. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. 6. You can top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired. |
