This seemed pretty easy to do. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
4 tablespoons cold water |
1 egg white |
3/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Put sugar, water and egg white in the top of a double boiler. Cook over boiling water, stirring the ingredients constantly until frosting is the right consistency to spread. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. (Just the right amount for a dozen cupcakes). 2. Try different flavorings and maybe colorings for interest. |
