Super quick and easy crab rangoon. Ingredients:
1 quart oil for deep frying |
1 pound cooked crabmeat |
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
2 (16oz) packages small won ton wrappers |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large, heavy saucepan to 375 degrees F. 2. In medium bowl, mix together cooked crab meat, cream cheese, and garlic salt. 3. Roll a small amount of the crab meat mixture inside each won ton wrapper and seal with either egg or water. 4. In small batches, carefully place won tons into the hot oil. Fry 2 minutes to 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. |
