These easy cookies are made with any flavor cake mix. They can be made in 20 minutes or less. I got the recipe from my mother-in-law. She had cut it out of the Dallas newspaper. It came from Heloise. Explore flavors. Ingredients:
any flavor cake mix. |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
optional - add nuts, chocolate chips, or anything else you think might be good. |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Drop spoonfuls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet 1-2 inches apart depending on the size of your cookies.
4. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes (or a little more for large cookies).
5. Refrigerate leftover dough for tomorrow.
6. I used German Chocolate cake mix and added pecans and milk chocolate chips. I am going to try Spice Cake next.
